Submit your film

Filmpop publishes independent filmmakers' work.

Here's how it works: submitting is completely free. You keep full ownership of your film. Submitting to Filmpop doesn't transfer any rights; you have all the power. You set your own rental price, and after Stripe's card-processing fee and our 2% platform fee come off the top, the rest is yours. Payouts go straight to your connected bank account via Stripe, sent automatically 14 days after each rental. If a viewer watches less than 60 seconds, they can get a refund and that rental won't count toward your payout; after that, it's locked in. To get your film live, submit it, upload the video, trailer and poster, and connect your bank details, then we review it before it goes live. It's not instant.

Before you submit, please read and agree to the following:

By submitting a film to Filmpop, I confirm that:

1. I am the sole creator of this film, or I have the full, informed consent of every other contributor — co-directors, writers, composers, cast, and any financiers — to submit it on their behalf and to receive payment on their behalf.
2. I own all rights necessary to submit this film, including any music, footage, or other third-party material used in it, or I hold a valid licence covering this use.
3. I have the legal right to grant Filmpop a licence to stream this film to Filmpop customers.
4. If any of the above turns out to be untrue, I am personally responsible for resolving it, and I agree to indemnify and hold Filmpop Ltd harmless against any claim, loss, cost, or liability (including legal fees) arising from a breach of these confirmations — including a claim from a third party who says they own rights to this film.
5. Filmpop may remove the film and withhold or reclaim any payment connected to it if this agreement turns out to have been false.
