Filmpop is an ethical streaming service built to put filmmakers first. Instead of taking large commissions, we keep our fees as low and transparent as possible so creators receive up to 90% of every rental.

Only Two Deductions

1. Stripe Payment Fees

  • Processes every payment securely.
  • UK: Approx. 2% + 20p per transaction.
  • USA: Approx. 4% + 20¢ per transaction.
  • Includes payment processing, applicable tax calculation fees, and currency conversion where applicable.

2. Filmpop Platform Fee

  • 2% of the amount remaining after Stripe's fees.
  • Covers:
    • Hosting
    • Video streaming
    • Platform maintenance
    • Customer support
    • Ongoing development

Filmmaker Payout

  • Everything remaining goes directly to the filmmaker.
  • No hidden platform commissions.
